To meet these needs, MBi Social Care employees undergo high-level training and development to ensure they are able to provided tailored care for each resident with their own distinct needs. 

MBi Social Care’s facilities were designed with great attention to detail. From the homes’ interior design to their high-quality technological equipment, everything is done with resident care in mind. Facilities typically house 40 beds, with landscaped gardens spread throughout the exterior, providing a lovely space to interact with visitors.  Both the home’s interior and exterior are designed with the residents in mind. From colour considerations and signage to the layout and construction of the rooms, each aspect of the home’s design are intended to help residents maintain both dignity and independence, which can have a profound effect on quality of life.

MBi Social Care offers a range of care options for residents, which will soon include an Extra Care option for those aged 55 or older. This type of special care involves residents living in the comfort of their home, with access to MBi Social Care’s on-site facilities. Access to these care facilities allows residents to participate in an active lifestyle and feel part of the MBi Social Care community.

MBi Social Care’s unique biopsychosocial approach to care involves an effective strengths-based package. This kind of approach balances a person’s difficulties with their strengths through the implementation of various stress-reducing activities.
